Black screen on startup, Wiimotes do not sync

thanks a lot for the great FAQs! really helpful i managed to hack my own wii and everything was perfect! i was playing games from the External hard drive life was PERFECT!
until i got a very VERY old hard disk from a friend of mine...the game didn't show up in any app except

ir failed many times then in the end it kept changing ios ...in the end it worked and i played with wii fit plus for 2 hours then switched it off....

and after a few hours i switched it back on, and i got a black screen!
the Wii remote is not syncing and the black screen still there...tried everything, switching off and on, plugging/unplugging cables, different wii remotes...still nothing!

luckily, i have Priiloader installed and by holding the reset i can access it! but yet can't do anything as the remotes won't connest, holding the sync in the console and the remotes for 10 seconds didn't help!

luckily (i guess) i do have made a Nand back up, but again i don't know what to do with it...

any help guys plz?
