wii system menu gone

Hi there

I have a wii that had previously been softmoded however I was having trouble loading original games. I stupidly formatted the system now it goes to a screen with the following:

System menu
Homebrew Channel
Installed File

Load/install File
Systemmenu Hacks
Settings

IOS v3.0
Systemmenu v290 preloader v0.28

Can anybody give me instructions on what to do, the unit came this way I have no idea what software to use and in what order thank you.
